Reduced activity forget.


I know many people like me often forget.
but there are a variety of solutions.

1.different activities of the customs.
2.read.
3.drink lots of water.
4.sleep at least 7 hours.
5.watch less TV (even though science can be from TV).
6.dance.
7.eliminate the negative thoughts (written and find a solution).
8.remains the main worship pray god willing a lot of success.
9.but still be thankful because without forgetting we will always remember the sadness of the past so grateful.
