Exercise key to health

If you eat healthy but do not exercise the same vain, there are a variety of sports but better select the appropriate physical and if bias suit our hobby. 

Sports are suitable for all ages 

Swimming 

Swimming is one sport that can improve one's health is also a sport without the force of gravity (non weight barring). Swim fairly minimal risk of physical injury, because while swimming around the weight held by the water or float. In addition swimming is a sport that most recommended for those who are overweight (obesity), pregnant women and patients with bone or joint problems arthritis. Swimming has many benefits that can be felt if we do it correctly and regularly, the benefits include: 

1. Build muscle 

When swimming, we move almost all the muscles in the body, from head, neck, upper limbs, chest, abdomen, back, hips, lower limbs, and feet. When moving in the water, the body expends energy is greater because they have to 'fight' the mass of water that can strengthen and flex the muscles of the body. 

2. Enhance the ability of cardiac function and lung 

Movement of water pushed and kicked by members of the body especially the hands and feet, can stimulate blood flow to the heart, blood vessels, and lungs. That is, the swim can be categorized as aerobic exercise in the water. 

3. Increase height 

Swimming is good and right will make the body grow taller (to which is still in the growth of course). 

4. Trained respiratory

5. Burn more calories

6. Self safety 

With swimming we do not have to worry if one day experience things that are not desirable, especially relating to water (falling into the sea, etc.). 

7. Relieve stress

Carbohydrates are very important for the body as an energy source is needed to perform our daily activities.
There are two types of simple and complex carbohydrates.

Protein plays an important role in the structure and function of all living beings se.

There are 2 types of protein vegetable and animal protein. Examples of vegetable protein:
 Tubers.
 Peanuts, bean sprouts and the like

While animal protein:
 Chicken, beef, goat
 Milk
 Fish
 Having a speech impediment

Vitamin

Living without vitamin same without legs, because it's so important vitamin for our bodies.
Vitamin A, B, C, D, E and other very important for your health, increase endurance and maintain healthy organs such as skin.
Vitamins can be obtained from such fruits (oranges, watermelons, melons, apples) and vegetables as well as (carrots, spinach, broccoli, etc.)

Mineral
Equally important as the other minerals in the body need such as calcium, potassium, iron.
Minerals can get from milk, fruits, vegetables, water, and also there are also certain refined products such as yoghurt.

Fiber

Fiber is important for facilitating digestion, when the digestion of the food that has been stuck in yesterday eat will rot and can cause disease.
There are a lot of fiber from fruits and vegetables.

Fat

There are 2 types of fat are saturated and unsaturated fats.
Saturated fat is called lemat evil, often found in animal products like meat, liver, etc.. These fats are not good for our bodies.

Whereas unsaturated fats are fats that are good for the body, many terdapa in nuts, seeds, avocado, fish and olive oil .

but there are a variety of solutions.

1.different activities of the customs.
2.read.
3.drink lots of water.
4.sleep at least 7 hours.
5.watch less TV (even though science can be from TV).
6.dance.
